What's my IP address?

See your public IPv4 and IPv6 as the internet sees them. Click an address to copy. Expand details for ISP, ASN, city, and timezone.

IPv6 may be unavailable depending on your network. Location data is approximate (from public geo-IP).

How this works

Your browser requests IPv4 and IPv6 endpoints separately. That way the address is resolved on each stack even if one path is missing. Optional geo details come from a public IP API when you open Details — useful for a quick ISP/ASN check, not for precision mapping.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is a public IP address?
It's the address the wider internet sees when your network connects online. Your ISP assigns it; it can be IPv4, IPv6, or both.
Why don't I see IPv6?
Many networks still only offer IPv4. If IPv6 isn't configured end-to-end on your path, the IPv6 field will show as unavailable.
Is location exact?
No. Geo-IP is approximate (often city or region level based on ISP registration data). Don't use it as a precise GPS location.
Is this free?
Yes — free, no signup, no install, like every MinionsHQ tool.
